dublab bcn is a non-profit community radio born with the aim of creating a space for local artists with diverse backgrounds. 143 residents present via 83 regular shows themes that vary from experimental music, to field recordings, LGBTQIA+ narratives, queer art, ecology or Chinese culture. After 8 years of activity, the archive sums +4000 podcasts.
Some of my duties included curating events, talks and content for Sonar, MUTEK, CCCB, MACBA, FAD, LEM or Spain Arts & Culture. As a collective we also managed Radio Rambles, an online radio created by the city council within a bigger cultural project in hopes of returning to local associations, organizations and institutions public spaces that were taken away by massive tourism.
